Our cottage is situated on a quiet side street in the seaside suburb of Christies Beach. We are ideally situated within walking distance from the beaches at Port Noarlunga and Christies. We are also within walking distance from the Noarlunga shopping centre, library, recreation facilities and transport interchange.
The property was constructed in 2009. It is situated in enclosed grounds at the rear of Boomerang house. Entrance to the shared pool is through a separate gate. It has two double bedrooms and can sleep five

- Fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle heating and cooling with individual room control.
- Lounge – Fully furnished with coffee table, TV, video, DVD player.
- Kitchen – Fully fitted with all appliances, oven and hob, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Fridge / freezer.
- Computer area in lounge.
- Main bedroom - Queen sized bed, dressing table and side drawers.
- Bedroom 2 – double bed and single bunk that sleeps 3, side table.
- Large Main bathroom - with bath, shower and toilet.
- Washing machine in kitchen.
- Rear garden – The garden is securely fenced. The cottage has a large covered deck area with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. The garden has a clothes line.
- The deck area overlooks a large in ground swimming pool. The pool is securely fenced. Pool net for added security
- All bed linen and towels are provided. Spare bed linen and towels are provided.
- The pool and grounds are maintained on a weekly basis
- All services included such as electricty, gas, water subject to fair and reasonable weekly limit (see terms and conditions)
- High speed ADSL2+ provided with 25 gig monthly cap.. Ethernet cable provided for you laptop. Additional computer and printer available on request.
- Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk are provided.
- Additional items available include cot, pram, toys, car seat etc.
