Our home is situated on a quiet side street in the seaside suburb of Port Noarlunga. The house overlooks the Onkaparinga river estuary and reserve. We are ideally situated within walking distance from the beaches at Port Noarlunga and Christies. We are also within walking distance from the Noarlunga shopping centre, library, recreation facilities and transport interchange.
The property was constructed in 2005. It is situated in enclosed grounds at the rear of the main rental property. It has two bedrooms and can sleep five. There is also a quality sleeper couch that is useful for a sleep over which increases sleeping to 7 persons.

- Bedroom 2 – Double bed with top bunk (sleeps 3), side table.
- Large Main bathroom - with shower (wheelchair accessible). Washing machine.
- Driveway with a double carport / garage with electronic door.
- Rear garden – The garden is securely fenced. The cottage has a large covered deck area with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. The garden has a clothes line, and established lawn. The views overlook the river estuary and sea.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. Spare bed linen and towels are provided.
- The established garden is maintained on a weekly basis
- All services are included such as electricity and water with no hidden costs for pre paid electricity.
- A computer and printer with high speed ADSL2+ broadband connection is provided. Additional port provided for your own laptop.
- Free unlimited landline calls can be made within Australia. You can also make unlimited free landline calls to 40 countries including the UK.
- Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk plus a welcome pack are provided.
- Additional items available include cot, pram, toys, car seat etc.

Walk to the local beaches and stroll on the jetty. Take a short drive to the local wine region. Watch the parrots and other birds in the fruit trees. Catch a train into town from the interchange at the Noarlunga shopping centre.
